The rules that govern your use of GiftM's gift card, rewards, and loyalty platform.
By accessing or using the GiftM platform ("Platform") - including our websites, APIs, dashboards, and gift cards or rewards issued through the Platform - you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
GiftM provides a cloud-hosted gift card and rewards infrastructure made up of three modules - Card Distribution, Reward Catalogue, and Loyalty Program - accessed via web dashboard, REST API, or partner integrations. Specific features available to your account depend on the tier (Free, Starter, Pro, or Enterprise) you have selected.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into binding contracts on behalf of your organisation. By creating an account you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Tier subscription fees are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you select. Volume-based fees (per card issued, per redemption, per API call above tier limits) are billed in arrears. Late payment beyond the agreed Net-N terms may result in suspension of the live keys; sandbox access is unaffected.
You retain ownership of customer data submitted to the Platform. We process it solely to deliver the Service in line with our Privacy Policy. Self-serve data export and erasure are available under DPDP and GDPR; see the Privacy Policy for details.

Our reward catalogue includes gift cards from third-party brand partners. The terms of redemption (validity, eligible products, transferability) are set by the issuing brand and surfaced on each card's details. GiftM does not assume liability for brand-side service quality, but will help mediate any disputes through our partner success team.
Pro and Enterprise tiers include written SLAs (typically 99.9% monthly uptime). Service credits are calculated against the affected tier subscription fee for the relevant month. Free and Starter tiers are best-effort.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GiftM's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate the agreement on 30 days' written notice for convenience, or immediately for material breach uncured for 14 days. On termination, you may export your data via the standard data-export tooling for up to 90 days, after which it is securely deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email and on the dashboard at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
